I can only find the contrast and brightness buttons. What can I do to fix this problem? Please Help I just bought the desktop like 8 months ago. What can I check so that it can work???

This usually means that your monitor cable is loose or has a bad connection. Unplug the monitor from your PC, then plug it back in. If that doesn't work, fiddle with the cable a bit and have someone watch the screen while you're at it. You should see the colors snap back into existence.

If the desktop is the only thing that is affected by the color changes, and if you have Windows XP, the simplest & quickest fix is as follows:

> Right-click on the Desktop
> Select Properties
> Under Themes tab
> Change Theme to Windows XP
> Click OK

That's it; you're done!

if the video input to monitor is onboard computer u might have a bad video output plug i suggust to get a pci video card and install it for better video or the monitor is going bad if not try the video card it easy to install it in a open port inside computer then connect monitor cable to it if video card came with cd install drivers good luck..

find the menu button and return it to the factory settings.

it just means your comp is reallllly screwed up and u need a computer geek to fix it.
