Intel pentium 4 is Good. Look into Intel Duo Processor.

Intel. AMDs may say that they have 64bit computing, but that feature only works on the new Windows XP Pro x64 edition PCs and with only special software. Intels, on the other hand, run faster and are more reliable.

I always prefer AMD over Intel. Performance wise, AMD is also better and is also cheaper than Intel...you can't lose!
