When I open the internet on my father's computer it displays the whole internet page so I can't get to Tools and then Internet Options to fix my original problem (no pictures showing up on the internet, just little red x's in boxes. See my previous question.)
My father uses Microsoft '98 and AVG Free Advisor Anti Virus Spyware. His Privacy is set to Medium.
Any ideas on how I can fix this problem (need to see File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help) for him????

I figured out that's why I couldn't run the localhost at my pc due to i'm using xp home edition, and it doesn't have IIS on it, only xp pro has it.

so now, i'm so damn pissed off by microsoft!!! what the hell?!!!!

so any alternative way to do it?!! any help! thanks!!!

Due to fear of viruses. Or would you like it and not care because you have anti-virus protection. Is this more of a problem in the UK? I ask this because I have a friend that I like a lot and I forwarded him a cute poem that I thought would make him laugh (I know he likes stuff like that) and he emailed me back and said he doesn't do the forwarding thing and said, "We are all a bit scared of viruses over here." I actually purchased Microsoft Office Beta 2 Professional Plus via their website, and reeived a confirmation e-mail with a download link and transaction number.

However, when I click the download link I am told that I'm not authorized to complete this download!!

I usually delete but on one occasion I replied that I would report them if it continued. It is always a different yahoo email. I have no clue who this is. The offers are for sex every day online and free. I am the only one in my family who gets these.This is not something that I want coming to me. Could someone be sending these to me on purpose or is this random?

Some one sent me an infected e-mail.It was pretending to be returning a redirected e-mail to me. I did not recognise it..but...my anti-virus did...and I put it in the vault without opening it.This is the first time it has happened to me...Since then I have been getting one or two per day...they are easy to see and I delete them straight away. I still have the first one in the vault.Am I supposed to do something with it or do I just leave it sitting in the vault.Is it safe there. Thank you .

Its not just dirt inside the mouse cause I opened it and cleaned it. and the cursor is stable but there seems to be a sensation like alot of magnitism in the mouse that trying to keep me from moving it in the direction I want to move it. Its like something if pushing it the other way. I have to force it to move in the direction I want to go. spyware? When the magnitism isn't there, the mouse rolls easily across the screen. and I tried diferent mouses and its still there. The only one that is strong enough to combat that resistanced is my ball mouse that has the big blue ball on top.win98se

When I open my inbox, there is an emty panel on the right hand
side. How do I get rid of it ?
This is what I recived.
Click on the X in the upper right hand corner of that panel to close it. ( NO X IN THE CORNER )
Go to the View menu and choose the Reading Pane submenu and choose Off. (NO OFF IN VIEW READING PANEL)
Please help, thank you.

I have a Yahoo email account, and in my inbox I have created a bunch of folders to store my saved emails in. I have a few of these folders that I would now like to delete, but I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to delete them. On my other email accounts, you just need to right click on the folder and then hit delete, but there is no option to do that with these folders. I know this is probably a really stupid question, but I just can't figure it out and it is driving me crazy!!
