i have not got it, nut i can make a good guess as to what its like - probably poor avoid isp's who are new to the market such as tiscali or bulldog and avoid phone companies doing internet such as orange; what you want is a solid interntet provider who has been around a long time, examples are Demon BT, maybe aol. I personally use Demon which i have had nothing less than 100% percent reliability from...

i would never do business with sky if there are other companies available. i feel their prices are too high, and the quality of their services too low.
