If you can't save a pic by right click and choosing save picture as,then its best if you use Hypersnap or Snagit,these softwares can save any picture

Right click and say save as.

1st open photo than mouse right click on photo than click on save

right click, click 'save as' and select the drive (C, D etc) u like to store it and it's done.

Upload the pictures and then attach them in a file enclosed on the e-mail you're sending.

Highlight the pic, go to "Edit" on your browser, copy, then open MSword, go to Edit, then paste, save, you're done.
