I studied the clait2006 course last year at college as an adult student but have noticed that alot of people are offering ECDL and clait plus on the internet. Has anyone tried them, if so which would you recommend? I've noticed that BT charge only £2 per month, is this added to your phone bill,they are a bit vague.

I can't seem to get rid of whatever I have. When I run an adaware scan it locks up when I delete the bugs never fully deleting them My virus protection says there's nothing to fix but somethings wrong! Any suggestions???

When I use MS Word 2003 in an MS Automation environment or when I open my email editor for the first time, I get message "The global template, NORMAL.DOT, is already open as an add-in program.

I then go into the Tools-Template dialogue and uncheck the DOT files that are already open. Also, the one that it allows me to remove, I remove.

When I go back into Tools->Templates, the DOT files are checked again even though all I did was go immediately back into Tools->Templates. Even if I quit Word and go back in, same thing.

I did install SP1 and a specific patch for Word 2003

I currently have 1 Cisco 3550 switch but have filled up all the GBIC ports with 2970 switches, i need more 2970 switches added to the LAN, i have another spare 3550 switch but need to know how to stack both 3550's to give me this greater capacity? I believe i need a Gigastack GBIC Connector to connect both 3550's together but what do i do then? How do i configure them? surely it's not as simply as plug and play? Any help would be appreciated.

I moved here from the US a few weeks ago and am having an entertaining time finding my way here so far. I live in West Hampstead, NW6 2AL, if this helps pinpoint available services.
I have been searching and having a tough time getting a consistent opinion of which service is great and which are awful. I'm looking for a service that MOST people like and I can't find it. Thank you very much!
So far I've assessed that BT, TalkTalk, Tiscali and a few others are unpopular. Zen seems expensive but consistent.

i just bought a new computer and i have talk talk broadband (uk). i want to be able to use internet to a few computers at home. i know i need a router but now its gone all confusing since i started doing research.
