It depends entirely on what the plugin is for.

If I guessed Yahoo Messenger v8 Beta, then that often generates plugin errors. It's a Beta program. Either go back to v 7.5 or don't use the plugin that's causing the problem.

If it's anything else that uses plugins (IE, Firefox, Photoshop ... you name it!) then there are different ways of dealing with it, assuming that the plugin files are not corrupted.

A little more info would have been helpfull....

A plug-in is usually a small piece of software written as an "add-on" for a larger program.

Examples of common software to use plugins would be Winamp, MS Media Player and web browsers. Usually these plugins are not included with the software and they are something you might add later on.

If you are having trouble with a plugin, you need to take notice of when it happens and what software you are using when it happens.

Then you can try to work out which plugin may be causing the problem so that you can either re-install it or, uninstall it alltogether.
