Try the alternative to Micrsoft Office:

One thing u can do is download it again from their website.
If ur download did not complete in a particular time the respective link will be invalid and u cannot download.
The best think is try contact Microsoft Customer Service and re-download it.
Other thing is as u had serial u download Office using Bittorrent clients.

Any time you deal with Microsoft you are dealing with thugs. There are at least a dozen Linux distrros that will do everything VISTA will do and they are free. Do a google search for Frozen Tech's Live CD list and you can it many of them there. Try puppy Linux you'll love it

You paid for a Beta product?

Its an unfinished product (beta)

Didn't know you could buy beta's, try getting your money back or phone your credit card company and tell them you were ripped off!
