Any help to use localhost at Windows XP home edition?

I figured out that's why I couldn't run the localhost at my pc due to i'm using xp home edition, and it doesn't have IIS on it, only xp pro has it.

so now, i'm so damn pissed off by microsoft!!! what the hell?!!!!

so any alternative way to do it?!! any help! thanks!!!

Download and install apache server. You can serve asp, php, and html using apache and the best thing is it's free!
