some friends of mine got a threatining email from someone using a yahoo email address how can we find this person to report this properly?

The connection will start at 54 Mbps but will go down to as low as 2 periodically for no reason at all. I dont move my lap top further away or anything. And before ive had a high stable connection at 54 Mbps. What can i do to get that back or what are some things i can look at that are causing this. By the way my apartment is small and there are no obstructions. This happens even when i have my laptop in the same room as my router.

I recently got a Comcast with it a RCA DCM425 Modem. I have installed the it on my computer and its working fine. But i cant figure out how to get it to work with my Linksys WRT54G 3.0. I tried several times accrounding to how the instruction said. But every time i open up a new page i get that can not find the page thing. Any Suggestions. Thanks!

my university, always being on a power trip, has seemingly blocked every internet port known to man on its server. AOL IM doesn't work, nor my university email through thunderbird, limewire and all other file transfers...I doubt that if I go and ask the tech department for a published list they'd gladly hand it over, so how do I go about finding which ports are open? Any easy way..

Yes, i'm aware there is a legitimate svchost. However, a processed called svchost just ate up 100% cpu. I ran a search and found a svchost.exe in the file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\AOL\1157871041\ee

Delete it? If so, how should I go about it?

"How?"...you may ask?

Well, whoever ever gives me the best answer(meaning an answer that fulfills my wish...I am willing to give no best answer) will then be selected as best answer and then I will ask another random question in the same category. This person would then answer there and be selected again regardless of their answer.

So. Here's the deal:

I have a myspace webpage.
I also have links.
I want the links to have a "hover" image onmouseover. An image that hovers over the link when you move your mouse over it.
This is all I want...but remember, it's on myspace. So that means no javascript, unless there is a way around it that I don't know about it.

I would prefer to know to do this in the simplest way possible. If it is not that simple, please explain it for me so I can understand.

I know html pretty well, but I'm just getting into CSS.
