Go to www.photobucket.com.
There ytou can create a user name and use it as a place to put pictures and video. They will provide you with a web address where your stuff is located and family can see it.

Did your camera come with a wire that you can plug into your computer or does your computer have a slot where you can insert the memory stick from the camera? If so you can do this and a folder will pop up that shows all your files inside the digital camera. Just copy the video clips to your computer and send them as file attachments in your email.

How are you getting the clips to your computer? Do you have a data cable? Or do you have internet access on your phone?
Via email, you can usually send attachments up to 2MB in size (which is much bigger than your phone memory).
I don't know anyplace on the web where you could store movies. There are several places to store photos.

i introduce you a fire-new method to send the video of your granddaughter. now i use DriveHQ.com to share music, video, photo and more with my friends. and 1 GB space is free.
you dont need to clip the video, just upload the whole video to the site, after publish them you will get a link, then send the link via email to your family. the operation is easy and reliable.
the link is MJ concert that i upload and share:

Ok, as far as i understand you want to email the files, so site such as YouTube and Google Video are not for you because they are availbable to the public. What you want to do is move the files to your desktop (its the easiest this way) and when writing your email, click attach a file, and select that object from the open file dialog box.

I hope this help, contact me if you need more help.

(is this worth a best answer?)

You could use video hosting sites such as http://youtube.com or http://video.google.com. Download the video from your camera onto your computer, create an account on youtube or google and then upload it to youtube or google, and then send the link to the video to your family.
