I am using a office LAN. Can the system admin know which pages I am accessing? How do i access restricted sites and yet not let the system admin know?

i get the following security warning from zone alarm :
IS Service is trying to access internet.
Application : ISSVC.exe
Destination :61.1.96.69.DNS.
i request info on this service and what it does. Should i allow access or block. currently i block access to internet

3) The Madrid bombing took place on
3/11/2004. 3+ 1 + 1 +2 + 4 = 11.
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days
after the Twin Towers incident.

Purchasing new laptop - would now have the XP. Yet I understand Vista (new operating system) could be out by 1st of the year (but then may be delayed also). If you're a 'pro' in this department, we'd appreciate your recommendations. Use for e-mail, pictures, small business operations.(Media/entertainment not that important).

i recently formated my computer by backing up files in mydocuments and desktop,i installed microsoft xp and configured outlook express also,i had some peronal emails saved to my syetem( not server), which i formatted accidently,i use my outlook thgough exchange server, now the question is how can i retrive my data?is there some way the mail is backed up to the server, i was instructed by the network administrator to back up all my mails in server to the local drive, is there some way i can get my files?the *.ost files i have now is the recent mails i have, there is no use by converting it back to *.pst,somebody please help me out in this

Basically, I wanna be able to write a personal comment on someones page when they add me, but I have no way of finding out who is new and who is old on my friends list because I have over 1000 friends now.
Maybe if there was some program that let me save a list of my current friends and then could update itself ... I tried tagtooga but it doesn't really work well and repeats people and often fails to import. My ideal would just be to get an email telling me who added me. Any ideas?
