using yahoo mail?
use attach button.. browse to your photo.. attach..
its simple..

U can do it in two ways.

First Use the feature of attach files on compose mail page. With this u can send pic as an attachment.

Second u can use photomail feature to insert pic in the email. To get photomail, visit http://photomail.mail.yahoo.com Download and install this feature on ur computer.
It will solve ur problem.
