I have problems with computers slowing down like everyone else. I was wondering what's the best way to keep virus free spyware free and steps on making it quicker? thanks

AVG antivirus, updates itself when you are onlene, scan once a week
Windows defender, it runs in the backgraound blocks security issues
ccleaner, riun it once a week to keep trash files out and clean your registry, those should keep it running smooth

Use AVG virus scanner which is free off the internet and also Spybot. Also if you have Norton virus scanner that slows your computer down A LOT.

As far as software related ways to speed up your computer the best way is to get off what you need, format the hard drive, and reinstall windows. The only problem with this is that you have to have a seperate place to store all of your files when you do this because have to format your hard drive.
