Why does my microsoft office 2003 look different?

I just got my new dell e150 and i installed microsoft office 2003 professional edition on it. When i open it, it is all white, and doesnt have the blue background. WHY???

You need to change your screen properties.
Right click on your desktop and select porperties.
Click on Appearance tab and Advanded button.
Click on the part of the screen where you see Window Text and select the color you want for the program window. Be careful, this will change all of your program windows that use the default Windows settings.
