I dont want to just reset the settings, i wanna reset it to the factory bin. I have a Asus motherboard and i tried to manualy update the bios but im sure i used the wrong bin update cause now i cant automaticaly boot from cds that should boot during startup. I know i can take the battery out of the mobo but i think that just resets the settings and not the actual bin version.
Any help would be apperciated.

if i leave my computer on long enough... my RIGHT CLICK will be disabled and i cant open anything and it only allows me to highlight and click on the ICONS (but no access) HELP ME OUT YO! i tried using KASPERSKY to scan my computer and stuff but still i get POP-UPS even when i dont open my INTERNET EXPLORER and i have that GOOGLE POP-UPBLOCKER what is up with my comp. and if i really leave it on long enough it wont let me TURN OFF MY COMP so even CTRL+ALT+DEL wont work so i have to press the switches on my CPU and turn it off manually. ANY SMART COMPUTER PEOPLE WITH SKILLS OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME OUT?!!!!

I have Visual Basic studio 2005. Can I make an app. that doesn't load onto the start menu, Add/remove programs, etc.? I want just a stand alone, and the publisher automatically does the start menu install.

I have seen 25-30 questions asking if E-Bay is down.

Why do people feel the need to come to another site and ask about it. Do they not know to search the site in question? Send an email? Call the customer service number?

I have seen this happen with several other sites as well.

Is it a lack of common sense?

I have a Windows Movie Maker movie that I converted to a .wmv and I need to burn it to a dvd-rw or a cd-r using a Windows XP. When I put in the cd or dvd, select the movie and click 'copy to cd', it says it has 'encountered a problem'. I need help quickly

how do I add new users to my computer and put a password on ours so that every time the computer is turned on, users would first have to identify themselves. we want to do this so kids can be monitered on their activity online, but at the same time, they don't have access to our files. i think the school had a set up like this - but all i can seem to find is our file as an owner, and a guest one to log in on once i log off, but nothing has to be logged in on when you first turn on the computer, it just opens ours as the owner to everyone.

I have Wireless set up in my home. I connect fine to the wireless network almost all of the time. I lose my connection when another user within range shows up in my list of networks. The network is non prefered, and it is security enabled, so I cannot connect to it. I cant connect my wireless at all when this network is in range, and I dont know how to fix it. Can someone tell me a way to fix this?

I have 2 laptops one old its Compaq Presario model:1201EA I use dialup connection and same times I use 3com 10l100 LAN pc card but it does not work sometimes... im traveling for emergency "my friends mother has cancer and im going to meet them in Bangkok if they need help" and I want to take it with me instead of the new laptop.... my questions are:
1- How can make it run faster?
2- Why dose the pc card disconnect by itself every 1 or even less than 1 minute?
3- Can I put the laptop in the suitcase instead of carrying it with me?

I might be leaving in 2 or 3 days so I can't take it for repair,
