How to make a Stand alone in Visual Basic?

I have Visual Basic studio 2005. Can I make an app. that doesn't load onto the start menu, Add/remove programs, etc.? I want just a stand alone, and the publisher automatically does the start menu install.

OK to make shorter. No install just run.

Don't use the publisher. Call the compiler directly.
The program must be coded to not need any regestry entries, otherwise, you will need to create an install that makes the entries.
