When my old power supply had a short circuit, I bought a new one and I tried to install it by myself but it stops working when i connected the hard drive. When i disconnected the hard drive it works help me please.

this is what i ask and had no reply from anyone on the Leaderboard on level 7 can you tell me what happens ?>
my question is to the Leaderboard on level 7 on Q&A
to the Leaderboard what happpen;s when other people reach level 7 and make it into the Leaderboard do they have the power to remove a question from others who are not on level 7 in the Leaderboard & why is it a member of the Leaderboard is going about on Q&A

I am trying to put photos on a website called Trade Me so I can sell somethings. When I download my photos from my camera to the PC they are downlaoding at 1.40MB. They nedd to be under 500kb for Trade Me. How can I make the images smaller? I did it once before using Microsoft Picture It, but this was purely by mistake. The numbers and what not on Microsoft Picture It mean nothing to me. How can I make them smaller? Is there an easier way of doing this? Help please, for the techno phobe.

Anyone with a laptop with limited hard drive space. Do you use a external Hard Drive for other purposes beside backing up files? Like putting games, music etc. on it? Does having one to carry or use make things annoying having an external one or do you rather recommend getting a bigger internal Drive? Im thinking of getting one.Thanks!

Ok, I've a certain computer for about two years now. After about three months. It kept freezing and freezing. First, it would make this really weird noise in the hard drive, I'm guessing is the fan. Then my computer would completely freeze. What's wrong with it? Does it need a new fan?
