People usually get on the Leaderboard at around level 4. And noone can remove the questions of others no matter what level they are. I would report the person for abuse as they should not be harrassing you or any other participants. I know that sometimes it can be awhile before abuse reports are acted on, so if it is important enough (and this sounds like it would be), I also go to the "tell us what you think" link and report it there.
Your question is somewhat confusing, but I know what you are talking about since a few weeks ago, someone posted a question saying exactly the things that you mention.

im sorry but I had great difficulty understanding your diction e.g. Dont' you mean their(belonging)and not there(position in space/time->over there)
you say 'my question is to the leaderboard on level 7on Q+A nd then there is
no question to answer beause the LEADERBORD is not an org. name of any sort. and you are absolutely right it's not criminal behavior to clean your computer its a "clean machine", like it 's always been!! .If you are doing any FORENSIC computer ANALYSIS, and if there (meanng+ THEY'RE SIMPLY A PART OF A COMPOUND VERB has been any virus writings or activex unfriendly robots, or trojans that insinuate themselves into your machine. They can detect that kind of activity .
now lets see i F I have your story right . there is or are, some peopleor aarticularperson on LEVEL SEVEN stealimng answers from other people wo have noyt yet made to the top yet, DO THEY HAVE THE POWER,to do this- answer:I think not . nobody has the right to steal someones writing, research, searches ior IDEAS
FINALLY YOU USE THE WORD THERE(POSIION IN SPACE/TIME INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT THEY ARE(CONTRACTION OF A VERBIAL FORM OR VEN IF YOU USED '"THEY'RE" 'WOULD NOT LIKE IT BUT THE COMMUNITY STANDARDS PEOPLE WOULD SAY-OK.. FOUND one mOre there where they need 'their'asin ,,,on theIr website.

I clean up mine a lot. I do the disk cleanup. and I don't hold on to history for more than two weeks. It is nobodys business how often you clean up your history. I don't think they have a right to say that you can't hide. that is so rude. Don't let anyone scare you. it is your computer ,you can do with it as you wish. If they want to pay your internet bill then maybe ,but until then you go about doing what you please.Good Luck to you honey and take care.

No user has the right to remove a question, however, I do not think it is a stretch that higher level members are given preference when an "abuse" report is sent. In relation to your comments, I haven't the faintest idea what you are talking about.
