is there a company that ranks lower in customer satfaction then AOL?

I see in comericals all the time "we rank higher then aol in customer satfaction" so my question is there another isp out there that doesn't?

haha did you hear about the guy who recorded his conversation with an aol phone rep. trying to cancel his service? the rep tried to give him the run around for about 20 mins straight

recording of crappy rep + internet = bad press for aol

the next day he got sacked

aol sucks

AOL is by far the worst. Thats why thousands and thousands of people cancel aol.
