Answering machines don't bother me, those pesky, interminable automatic answerers where you sit through 43 options on the menu.. thanks, but, no thanks..

an answering device is for the objective of leaving a message, or leaving a message so as that the receiver can call you returned with their dime at their entertainment. they may well be at artwork, procuring, traveling, at a doctor's place of work or on trip, or purely vacationing and that they do no longer desire you to renowned nor do they like to tell all and sundry what they are doing or that they at the instant are not at residing house. some human beings decide to visual reveal unit their calls as though they have a house secretary. possibly they at the instant are not waiting to speak with you, possibly they might desire to discover out an answer for you and can't see you dropping extra money with the aid of chatting with out that answer.. human beings used to have answering machines that have been like a container, at residing house, and that they might visual reveal unit or tape checklist. presently the answering device is a recorded message (and takes the message you bypass away) that it relatively is connection is on the telephone business company and the guy you're calling isn't monitoring their messages if it relatively is a landline telephone. yet presently even a cell telephone is desperate up that way too. I too dislike the answering device (or computerized message or recorded message) yet it is life.

Sometimes. If it for someone I like, it is hard to leave that "perfect message". If it is for business, not really. I just state the facts.
