I just got a trojan hourse... "Trojan Horse downloader Agent.3.AP"... I cannot remove it. I have tried free software, but I cannot find any software that works.

Whenever my parents have a computer problem, they call me to fix it. The problem is that I live 1 hour away from them and everytime they need something fixed, I have to travel. Is there any program that I can install that will allow me to work on their computer from my home? If so, what do I have to do?

ok so 4 out of 5 people say that stuff you download from limewire
might not be so safe...but if i have an antivirus and i scan all the files before opening it it should be ok right?even if i download a virus by accident will i be safe if i dont open a file?hey anybody know how i create a virus...if you can answer both these questions fast i will choose you as my best answer!!!!

I recently got a spyware, antispynet.com, as well as other nasty spyware programs on my computer. I've tried very hard to get rid of them. I think I might have done the trick; but now, after a few minutes of being on, my computer crashes. It takes me to a blue screen which discusses the computer crash, and then restarts.

This initially happened only when I ran adaware to get rid of the bugs - I figured it was a virus that made my computer crash when I ran the adware program, but now, it happens after just a few moments. Please help. My computer is USELESS now - just keeps crashing moments after startup.

Can I do anything besides wipe and reload the whole computer? I'll lose all my files....

When I right click properties and go to Desktop in Display Properties there are a number of items I dont want and I can't seem to remove.I aked this question before and the answers were not satisfactory.I still need to be able to remove items.Please do not tell me to right click and then delete that does not work.Help!
