Does anyone know of a good Trojan horse remover?????

I just got a trojan hourse... "Trojan Horse downloader Agent.3.AP"... I cannot remove it. I have tried free software, but I cannot find any software that works.

plz try mc afee antivirus it will remove Trojen definatily i also do this and using mcafee
