I had this same problem a while back. I called HP customer service and they talked me through the process. There is a process you can do without going back and doing a restore to your computer. The quickest way is to do a Restore on your computer to a date before you took out the program. The other process is a little more involved and I dont remember all the steps. I would get in touch with your computers manuf. ( HP, Dell, etc. ) service provider by phone or computer and they should be able to talk you through the process.
