ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/

Enter the "current" directory, then the "v2" directory. (Yahoo Answers won't let me display the full URL unless it's HTTP)

All the libraries and development tools are there. I highly suggest reading the "readme.1st" file to get more information about downloading and installing the software as it is very thorough and easy-to-follow.

If you want to download flex and bison, you should check out the v2gnu directory which contains the GNU tools for DJGPP.

Good luck!
