Okay,, i always knew quicktime and itunes were unneeded programs(for me), but i downloaded it.

then, i decided i didn't want it so i tried add/remove programs tool to erase quicktime and itunes.

But even though it said uninstallation is complete, it would not erase from the list.

I am confused.. is it a spyware? please help me!

i deleted programes and i mistakenly deleted my audio on my computer. now all i get is a BEEP when something is suposed to play an audio sound. none of my avi files will play any audio eather. how do i fix this one?

well i am getting my net from well known broadband connection provider, but in my area where i reside, i get that connection from my areas service branch, i heard that the branch office, or any other people is this service area can easly access/ enter other peoples systems( others peoples computer) ?, is it all possible ? if yes then how can i stop them, as we in INDIA dont have much cyber laws of crime. how can i protect my system from such kind of problems.
