Sending an email is like dropping a written letter in the snail mail box. Once dropped it is virtually not possible to recall the letter. You have to go to the Postmaster and request and see what happens. Here also once you click on the send link it is gone. If you have not send it then everything is in your hand.
Moreover if you are using mail clients like Outlook then immediately after you click on send button disconnect net that might help you because the mail will not go and will be saved in your drafts folder, which is then under your control.

Sorry, you can not undo a email after you have sent it in Yahoo mail. I think you can in outlook if you undo before it is read, but can not remember how .
