cleared all virus, pop-ups, cleared cache, defrag hard drive, yet my speed has fallen to 251k. Last week it was 2300k.

I run on windows xp (Dell Inspiron 600m - Notebook)
The external drive i bought was a "My Book" (80 GB)
My current drive for my book is K, but i also have F, G, H, and J
Also a similar thing happened when I added a new disc drive, it shows the new one but it also showes the old one.

Someone Please help me!!!

ineed to to get my computers in woking order i need to down load at no cost windows restart-diagnostic-rboot disc for the following windows programs 98 ME 2000 and the other 98.i think its and ineed to fix my computer to watch vidieo clip they did play with a bit of decency i down loaded some program and it screwed up my computer an when i play the vidieo the are completely distorted also the icons on my desktop are also distorted how to fix? e mail adress forthe love of love7 @yahoo.com thanx Wade

well i want to post a website on google and yahoo i already know what i want to make because i created it my self with the painting thing on the computer so i already did it but i dont know how do any of it i know ijust made the pages i want but i dont want to hire someone that will cost alot of money because i tryed it befor he said he wanted 100 so i payed him and he never did anything for me and i dont know that much about computers and hosting and all that stuff can someone do it for me for cheap and let me pay them after cause the guy i had do it wanted the money first so i sent it and he never did anything THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
