Does anyone know how to turn off a thing called surf controle??

im at school trying to do a report when i click GO it comes up and says SURF CONTROLE and wont go away its so annoying!!

Surf control is something that the school puts up that prevents you from visting "bad" sites. Usually game sites and sometimes image search engines. There's no way to disable it as a student because only network administrators have the ability to turn it on and off.
