Try downloading the latest version of the jukebox here:
http://www.musicmatch.com/download/free/?OS=pc&MODE=input&DID=&OEM=MMD&LANG=ENU&SOURCE=getbasic_jbpromo

You should also uninstall the old version before installing the latest. You can do this from Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs.

Once you've uninstalled, run the executable you downloaded from the Musicmatch website.

take it out reinstall it music match has jest sold that company and they are working on improvements its now owned by yahoo
