I have an icon that keeps flashing and it has a message that says "Security Alert: Spyware Detected". I've ran a free spyware scan and 2 other spyware removal programs and they say I have no spyware. This icon won't go away unless I buy their product. Is there a way to delete or remove it from my computer?

I am a person who is really creative! I love to make ads, movies, music and do fun stuff with pictures! So from a point of view of a person who actually has a .Mac laptop, I have a question for you! Also it says to go to apple/support/ipod..i have tried that..I reset it ....also i have put it on disk mode...and nothing has happened...If someone is very familiar with ipod mini please let me know...I use the ipod to jog..its kind of become part of my life and my health ..thank you so much.....Ernesto

I have been trying to connect my desktop and my laptop to the internet with my wireless router but I can´t get to the page where I can change the settings for the router. I can connect the internet cable directly from the modem to my pc, and it has internet, but the router doesn´t work. I talked to customer service from my internet provider and they told me that my router is blocked and they can´t fix it because I didn´t get it from them. What does it mean that the router is blocked? and what can I do to fix it?

Does anyone know how I can take my computer all the way back to the way it was when I got it?

I've tried restoring it but that doesnt get rid of the problem, plus that keeps all of my files like music and pictures and I want to delete all of them, I know theres a way you can take it back all the way but you'll have to re-download Windows and I don't want to do that.

I was worried that my laptop was overheating, so i got a utility (SpeedFan) that monitors the internal temp. I also tried this on my brother's desktop. Both seem to run at about 100 deg F when doing minimal tasks (like browsing the web) in a room with an ambient temp of about 72 F. 100 is a bit hotter than I expected, but it seems normal on both. My question though is how hot is TOO hot??

My computer would boot up and then shut down and then start up again, then shut down and start up-after so many of these "start-up&shut downs" it would stabalize, it was then I notice the sound was not right and finally it just went.
