cannot zip files

try winrar thats a great zipping program you can download it at http://www.rarlab.com or you can reinstall winzip. You don't have to do a system restore for that.

System repair? Do you mean SYSTEM RESTORE?
Can't zip files? Tried installing WINZIP for free?

try system restore, click on the windows icon go to accessories, then system tools, then system repair, click on an earlier date where the system was working right. and folllow directions.
