Well I found that this Player plays most videos that are hare to open and it works many formats...Go to the following site and download this free player... Or you can buy the more advance players they have....But the free one works great...

The file extension is used for this purpose:
AutoCAD R2000 Plotter Model Parameters
so yea whatever torrent u downloaded it wasn't video lol its for autocad heheheehe lata playa
