I am a person who is really creative! I love to make ads, movies, music and do fun stuff with pictures! So from a point of view of a person who actually has a .Mac laptop, I have a question for you! Is .Mac the thing for this? And if so, can you be super detailed??? And for the PC owners, is there any program out there that helps me do these fun stuff?

"PC, more users, more support, tons of third party software, cheaper to buy & repair.
The MAC was like the Betamax. It should have won but didn't."
1. "More users" - just because most people use a pc doesn't make them any better, most people just don't know any better. McDonalds is the worlds most popular restaurant, and I wouldn't eat there if i was payed.
2. "More support" - there is plenty of support for the mac, and because everything on a mac just works, you don't have to spend an hour waiting on the phone to speak to somebody about how to set up a home network or whatever - you won't need to. You can just spend all of your time doing the things you want to do instead of tearing your hair out because things aren't working properly.
2 "PC has tonnes of third party software" It also has tonnes of rubbish, badly designed third party software. Quality is more important than quantity, and most mac software is incredibly intuitive and powerful. What's the point in having 10 different pieces of software to do a job if you can have one bit of software that does it all, and does it better than all the others put together.
3."Cheaper to buy" A recent article compared the new Macbook with the most similarly specced Dell laptop - the Dell was actually more expensive. Some macs are more expensive, but i'd rather have something thats good rather than something thats cheap. It's like buying cheap batteries, you could get a 10 pack for £1 but do you really think they're gonna be as good as some decent ones that are £1 each. You're just gonna have to change them more often. You get what you pay for.
4. "PC's are cheaper to repair" - They're also more likely to break. If you replaced the parts in your pc with ones that were the same quality as a mac, then it wouldn't be any cheaper. Most pc manufacturers use the cheapest parts available, thats why you have to spend loads of money getting someone to fix your pc all the time. Neither of my macs have ever broken, my pc's have on several occasions.
5. "The MAC was like the Betamax. It should have won but didn't"
Macs are more popular now than they've ever been, and at the end of the day Betamax is still better than VHS.
Get a mac.

Go with the Mac, you can't lose. If you have this compulsion to run a PC program you can. You can literally have the best of both worlds.
Apple is superior in everyway.
