I want to get rid of everything in it..just like new.

Put your system restore disk in and run it. that will wipe out everything and start you back to square one.

Reformat it. THe comptuer probably came with a SYtem Restore Disk that will earse the hard drive and put the orginal contents back on the computer. If it didnt come iwth a Cd then it may be on a seperate aprtiotion on oyur computer that you cna access will some utility on your computer.

you would need to wipe your harddrive... you would need the installation disks of your OS(not the back ups or upgrades)
or take it to some place like Best Buy to the geek squad
