like 2 7200 RPM hardrives at raid 0 or just one 10000rpm hard drive, what will be better? and what is raid-0? should i do it?

In theory Raid stripping is faster, yes, but not alsways in practice. If reliablity is your thing then go for the 10000rpm drive, if speed is the thing then you want to raid. The only difference is that the fatster the drive config the better your loading times will be. the difference between loading time on a 7200rpm drive and 10000rpm drive on a good rig like the one you want to build in a game like FEAR is 5 seconds. with a HW RAID 0 with 2 7200 rpm drives it might be as much as 8 or 12 seconds or there might be no difference at all compared to a system just running one 7200 rpm drive.

In my previous answer to your question about your gaming rig i neglected to mention the possible drawbacks r difference in speed.

it all depends on your taste but the days of raid is dieing out it is going more towards windows
