my menu is...balance,top up,messaging,virgin xtras,games,recent calls,contacts,tools,and settings... i went to virgin xtras,ringtones,songs,and bought one but i dont know how to use it.......

I have a virgin mobile.... ok from the main screen press:
1. menu
2. settings
3. sounds
4. ringtones
5. now choose your ringtone
on my phone ( and audiovox snapper from VM) you can do it like this (just press those numbers)
1. pres menu
2. 5
3.1
4. then choose rington
press assign in the bottom left hand corner... then incoming calls

1.We dont know what brand of phone it is.
2. Have you read the manual?
3. You can get online help from the manufactureres site.
4. It is not computer hardware.
