How do you set a your background as a picture or pattern? I can't figure it out. Please help!

Im stuck on my extremely limited knowledge on writing batch files and what i have got doesnt work.

What i need is a batch file to send out to all users within the company i work for which will copy two files (*.id + names.nsf) out of the following destination:

C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\Data

and then pasting them on the root of U:\ (each user has their own drive which we have designated this to be it.)

I have done some research around on the internet but i just cannot find what i am after and continue to tie myself around in knots.

If you could help me it would be a great help!

If someone in the UK uses an email account in Germany to send email to an account in the UK, will the senders IP address be German? and therefore the IP address of the senders machine is unknown?

Is it always possible to know the IP address of the senders machine?

I have a bunch of avi videos that i want to play on my macbook pro, however, quicktime does not support these files and i canot find any free players on the internet. Microsoft does offer a windows media player for macs but is not updated for the intel macs yet. Are there any other players i could download to play these files?
