How do I find out if BitComet is illegal in my area?

Haha! I have already gotten caught downloading. But if I only download froma tracker not in the US, will I get caught again? What is the worst thing my ISP(Comcast) can do to me?

Comcast can cancel your internet service without refunding you and refer you to the proper authorities to have you legally prosecuted.

ButCimet is not illegal. Using it to download copyrighted material is. So don't use it to download copyrighted material and you won't have a problem.
