i have used from time to time erd-commander and another undelete application that i dont rememeber now
of course and u can retrieve files that u have delete , even after a format!!!
the second url is for erd commander
put in a search engine something like file recovery or file undelete or undelete and u will get a lot of results ,serach a little and u will find what u need

once its gone from the bin its gone... unless u have a very expensive program that goes into the sectors of the hard drive and finds out where the 1's and 0's are and put them back together... there is a way to get it back with this program as long as u didnt format your hard drive

He is totaly right dont listan to the other that are totaly wrong u can, every file u delete is moved to another place so its still on your computer. So every site you have ever visited ect is still in your tower
