Right click on the desktop, properties, settings, choose 32 bit from the drop down.

Right click on your desktop screen (the background), click on 'Properties', then click on the tab 'Settings' at the top. Then click on the arrow for the drop down list, and select "32 bit color". :) You might have to restart your computer, I'm not sure, but that won't take long anyways. :)

Start, Control Panel, Appearence and themes, Change the screen resolution, should be a drop down bar that says color quality, change this to 16.

minimize all open browsers
right click on your desktop
click properties
click settings
you'll find a color bar on the right of the window
change it to what you need
