I'm at work and I'm not the administrator on this computer, but I want to install Flash so that I can watch the World Cup. Any version will do, as long as it works. Is this possible?

i recently installed mis fx5200 agp graphic card every thing else is fine games run fine but the problem is that most of my video has become very bright and has small sqaures in it and some have large squares with vivid colors. my pc have the following specs.

amd athlon 64 3200+
asus motherboard A8VMX
160 GB harddrive
512 mb ram
msi fx 5200 graphic card

Bulldog have changed something on their server and now I can not send emails from my Thunderbird email. When I contacted Bulldog they told me that they are not trained on Thunderbird so we tried Outlook Express but that didn't work either. I've tried the Thunderbird website but there is no directsupport line. I really need to be able to send and retrieve from the same email address. Can any one help?
