You CAN overclock your processor IF your main board have a possibility to do this, but it's not recommended because maybe your system halt and then you will need to Clear your CMOS settings at least to see your screen again.in other way you should know that this will damage your CPU and reduce it's life and system stability.
anyway if want to do so, you can go to your main board setup at start-up of your system

no dear, It is not bcoz Intel does not provide overclocking in celeron. If you try to break the seal & overclock it then you may endup damaging the processor and overclocking also over heat your processor.
AMD processor provide overclocking in the processor.

i really recommend you do NOT do that. my friend works at a computer shop and he highly recommends not to overclock. and definitely not by that much if you really have to. he says the maximum you should attempt to overclock (if you must) is by 10%. and i have to warn you. if you overclock and later have a problem with your computer, the guarantee often wont work anymore

No, Intel Processors can not be overclocked. AMD's can be overclocked though.

I would personnelly not advise clocking a celeron processor as it is not a full processor

go into bios and change the core frequency, gradually.. a couple of mhz at a time, need good cooling too. if unsure, dont,
can cause instability but will fly
