Is it possible to install Macromedia Flash without being the administrator?

I'm at work and I'm not the administrator on this computer, but I want to install Flash so that I can watch the World Cup. Any version will do, as long as it works. Is this possible?

no.. you have to be local administrator at least

No.You should at least have to have install rights for Activex Controls
