I presume you mean HDD space here, as having 123 Mb RAM free is quite healthy.
A drop of a few hundred megs in free hard drive can easily be caused by simply running more programs, which use more RAM, therefore, more virtual memory on the hard drive. If you're this low on space, it's time for a serious cleanup.
Uninstall absolutely everything you haven't used in over a month. Be brutal here - don't leave things behind because you might want them in future - if you do, you can always install them again.
If you've installed a CD of eleven zillion fonts, cut them down to a maximum of about 200, and ideally a lot less. While each one is small, they are all kept in memory, which will slow your system down.
Clear out your Internet cache files, and the Windows temp folder. Temp files throughout the system can be found by looking for files with ~ in the name. Don't delete anything that's dated since you last rebooted the PC, though.
A virus and spyware scan should clean out some more junk - once you've made the room to actually install the scanners!

330mb is not much space these days. using 200 mb is not unusual, but you can look for programs/utilities that are logging system activity and information. This could simply be files being cached from your browsing as well.
you could search for very large files by doing a search for *.* named files and sorting the results by size. look for one that is increasing in size as well.

Try ctrl, alt and delete and see what programs are running. Shut down the ones you don't need. You might have a bunch of spyware and other junk. Then see about deleting the programs that you don't need there (those that downloaded themselves)
