Ok, so I drive a 2003 Suzuki Grand Vitara, it's a mini-SUV or compact SUV, same diff. Anyways, I know it has a higher chance of rollover, so what can I do to lower that chance of rollover? Anything besides lowering it, cause i'm most likely going to raise it.

Also, about how fast and how sharp to I have to turn to rollover? Is it like, an extreme turn w/ high speeds, or is it's actually a possibility w/ just a fast turn.

I have always thought they were people from Ohio, but maybe that's just because my state is next to Ohio and we have more contact with them. Anyway, whatever you say, they are pretty bad.

In light of recent bus accidents, I was wondering...

Why don't most buses have seatbelts? I've been on tour buses recently and none of the three I went on, had any seatbelts.

I haven't been on a school bus in years, but I remember there not being any seat belts on those either.

Every type of vehicle made, including jet-liners have to have some sort of safety restraint. Why is it buses don't? Especially school buses?

It's time we make some changes with these vehicles...Lawmakers need to get to work on this or manufacturers need to take the initiative and install them on all the vehicles they make...mandatory or not.

How come it seems that alot of people when driving do not use their turn signal indicator ? Are they just for decoration now or maybe they are out of blinker fuild. And I have also notice when the weather is bad, poor visibility people dont use their headlight
I notice people speed up when you are trying to get into the street and not let you in and running the red stop sign on school buses is it somekind of thrill ?

Did you notice that once young man said he was sleep on the floor of the bus? Thank God he wasn't thrown from the bus.
Someone else here asked if school buses need to have seat belts-I think the question of whether all buses should have seat belts needs to be addressed. School teams rarely drive their own buses out of state because they don't have toilets.

As a whole our society is worried about issues affecting seniors but many of our youth wont reach their golden years if we dont become proactive instead of reactive when tragedy strikes.

How many schools dont allow cell phones-but wasnt it cell phone calls that alerted police to the Columbine incident and others.

Are we going to try and save our youth?

My car was totalled and it was going at least 60 mph while avoiding something that fell off of a truck in front of me. The bags should have definitely deployed. I have some physical pain, including beck and back sprain. How do I file a lawsuit or complaint regarding my car's safety issue?

I don't quite understand it. The driving instructor only did it with me once and didnt really explain. From what i get, starting out on the right side, your turn your weel all the way to the left and pull as far as you can get, put it in reverse, turn your wheel all the way to the right, back up as far as possible, turn it back to the left, pull up and straighten out. Is this correct? I need to know it for the driving test..... Help would be appreciated!

OK so I am making a right hand turn into an alley and the person as I found out afterward was running late for work. So she tries to pass me on my right hand side (passenger side) as I am turning and side swipes me. She ends up blowing out her tire when she hopped the curb. Now heres the thing it was her moms car and I talked to her mom and she said that the witness saw it all and said I hit her. Well for the 5-10 minutes after the accident no one came out to help her. So I think shes lying cause if I was this persons cousin I would have stopped and made sure she was OK. And let me remind you I was turning right and she hit my right side, on a 2 lane road, she shouldn't have been passing me in the first place and even if she wanted to pass me she should have passed me on the left. And I wasn't using my turn signal, Ooops!!! But I'm not gonna say that cause I think this b*tch is lying about a witness. Just give me you opinion. Thanks

You are the officer in charge of the 1st due Engine company operating on the scene of an MVA on the interstate. The state police officer tells you to "move the Engine because you are taking up 2 lanes." A woman is trapped in a car, and it looks like an extended extrication. All personnel are working....however, he wants it moved now! How would you address this problem? What would you say to him?

I'm planning to buy 64 Mustang convertible. But I'm worried for all that money to go down the drain by someone jacking it. So I was planning to install Onstar for that, and other reasons. But then I'm not sure if that can be done. AND if so, how much would installation be?

ok, so i'm driving down the street.
and this is what i do.
if i see a red light, say 500 to 800 in front of me, i take my foot off the gas pedal.
cars behind me immediately swerve in the other lane, and race to the red line. then they (of course) stop the car, a little abruptly (sometimes a lot abruptly). and here i am, not using the break pedal, just going slowly (cause the light is red anyway), and then most of the time, by the time i get to the light, it has turned green and i'm even infront of the looser who rushed only to stop minutes later.

my question is, what is the purpose of flooring it, or going fast, only to stop at a red light. and why do people honk behind me to go faster? why would I go faster only to stop soon? of course, i drive normal (even fast a bit), when i see that the light is green.

what's up with that?
