Just go too, "Department of Motor Vehicles" in your town, Like, for instance: http://departmentofmotorvehicles.com/sanbernardino/...and just go from there, it will ask you what town, and so forth... go too the county first, then the town,(city), and then go to fines, and then find out where & who you pay it too.....Good Luck to you.. I've gotten alot of information through the DMV, web site, before.. I may be spelling it wrong, but just try wording it different ways..
