one of the silly things and urges that all people in this world is to thing that we are smart and sometimes that is done by 'breaking the laws'
in general
when you go 'against the rules' people get some sort of thrill and that feeling that they are DIFFERENT , and thats the main thing
experts say that is the only type of teenage behaviour that prevails in people after teenage

It seems to be a trend. Yes I have noticed all the things you describe. some days more than others (Friday seems to be the worst).
For some reason, many people drive with a "me first" attitude that compels them to get ahead of everyone else if they can.
Others just can't remember the small things like turn signals. It is just part of their nature.
Then there are the people that really don't understand the concept of inertia and the effects that rain, ice, and snow have on traction. These people will attempt to travel at normal highway speed in all weather conditions only to realize too late that it was a bad error.
And of course, reduced visibility has absolutely nothing to do with how you should drive! Can't everyone come to an emergency stop when they see the back of a semi 3 feet ahead of their hood?
Yes, drivers often ignore common sense and courtesy on the road. It is a fact of life I took to heart long ago. i don't trust the driving of any other person on the road and drive to compensate for their errors in judgement.

Welcome to the real world. People have their own agenda and are quite impatient with others when driving.
Signals are a method of communicating as are headlights, brake lights, hazard lights.
It would take me about 4 hours to train anyone with some driving experience to pass a test. That doesn't mean they are GOOD drivers either. The test is far too simple. They sell more cars that way!
All I can say is that you are responsible for all that you do in a vehicle. You can't control what other drivers do, only what YOU do. If you use caution and learn to predict dangers and hazards of other drivers, this will make you a better driver. Those other drivers? Well, they usually end up in crashes, in the ditch, or they get tickets. All you can do is report any dangerous situations you witness.
Even walking is dangerous. It's a dangerous world out there !

Im a school bus driver for handicap kids in wheelchairs and slow walking ones, and deal with people going through the reds all the time because it just takes too long for them to wait for the wheelchair to get loaded or kid to get to the bus, and some of them look like business ppl late for work, others just dont care.... I think people should be given a driving test every year when they renew their licenses because people are just too careless anymore, and cellphones really should be banned when driving, people do not pay attention while talking....

I have been a big rig driver for over 20 years and have noticed the lack of use of signals also. We are such a society of convience and if it isn't convienent we don't do it. Some people ( including me ) are tired of people speeding up the second you put on your signal on that it has become more convienent to not signal. And then there are some people that should have their names changed to peckerwood .

They have no courtesy for other drivers, they only think for themselves. Some idiots are of the mentality that if they can't see their headlights on the road that they don't need them on, they don't realize that headlights are just as useful being BEING seen than seeing. As far people not letting you in, sometimes it just takes better planning, when pulling out from somewhere you are basically relying on the courtesy of the drivers and some just don't care.

People just trying to get to their destination in a hurry. Improper use of turn signals is just laziness.
Bottom line, a lot of the drivers on the road today are flat RUDE.
Not all. most
