Lets say you accelerate right after jumping into your car. And then you accelerate after driving it for a half an hour. Does the car's performance imrove after the engine has been "warmed up" ?

This has always baffled me. Wouldn't the price to fill up a 2.2 litre tank technically be around $2.50? Why are people always paying in 10's and 20's?

And how much is the gas per gallon where you are? I'm in Atlanta, Georgia and the cheapest gas is $3.09, the most expensive I've seen is $3.29.

Okay im doing a report because my dad caught me trying to take his car and drive around with it when i only have my permit so he grounded me and i have to this report and i was woundering what would happen:

If I got caught with just a permit
If I got in a wreck
and If i were to kill someone

i'm sick and tired of that van that green 1991 chevy minivan with very tinted windows standing in front of my house where my favorite parking spot is right near my garage. it has not even been moved even once in 4 months. my brother is always home he also says he never seen it been moved in 4 months. i called the cops twice they checked it out the first time and nothing happend. then i called 2nd times they didn't even check it out. i don't want to call towing because i don't want to pay for it it's not my car. should i break into the car and start it with the wires? should i get a few people to help me move it? what should i do? btw last year i had a old benz stand in the same spot for like 6 months until cops realized it was stolen and took it away. i think this one is stolen too but nobody wants to take it.

I've seen different ideas about boycotting gas. One of them was boycotting one company at a time. Some people say start with shell some say start with citgo and otheres say exxon mobil... How can this work if some are boycotting shell and pumping gas at exxon while others are boycotting exxon and buying gas at shell? What do you think of these boycott ideas and are you participating? Why or why not?

someone sent one parcel for me on Friday by priority mail of USPS. It is said the priority mail might take 1 to 3 days for shipping. Since this parcel is much important to me, I hope to get it as soon as possible, at least before this Sunday. I want to know whether the priority mail also ship on Saturday or Sunday. Because if it only takes two days for shipping, I can get it on Friday. However, does it mean I have to wait till Monday if it takes three days and doesn't ship on Saturday? Moreover, could anyone tell me the ship price for the priority mail each pound per mile? Thank you so much.

It's the best deal I've found in a month (most used car places want 4k for a car w/150k miles). I can't afford much more than 3k. Under the hood looks clean, no leaks from under the car after 30 mins of driving, good tires, a/c is kind of loud, maybe needs brake fluid, almost immaculate interior and a great body except 3-4 small dents.

i heard that if u run the red light and get caught by a camera for the first time in california, that they only send you a warning.. is that true??... is there a website to find out if u get a fine or a warning???
