If you get caught driving with just a permit, you would be issued a citation for driving without a license, and have to have a parent come get you, since you wouldn't be allowed to leave in the car. You'd have to go to court, and would be fined, and have the date you could get your license pushed back 6 months or a year.

If you had a wreck, all of that stuff plus your father's insurance company would charge him more money each month for insurance, he would have an accident on the insurance policy, and the insurance company could make him sign a "named driver exclusion" that would bar him from ever letting you drive his car again, plus any additional tickets you might get for whatever traffic laws you broke that made the wreck happen.

If you killed someone, all that stuff, plus possibly being charged with vehicular manslaughter, and if found guilty, sent to reform school or jail until you're 18 or 21 years old. Also, the dead person's family could sue you, your dad, and your dad's insurance company for millions of dollars.

you would be in deep doo. They may even sue your family for damages and then it not just your problem its theirs. While you are a juvenile remeber your parents can be held accountable for your dumb actions. Y ou involve alot of people by acting stupid.
